Their tradesman peed in my backyard and when I asked his colleague… whats’s he doing? his response was “he is just peeing” and I said why we have 2 toilets, called the director and the director refused to issue an apology in writing. Once confronted at the end of their work … the tradesman response was “relax” . I dont recommend them and to note this is third time to fix the same issue (leaking pipes from a hot water system). I do not recommend these people. The below response is a lie and they have provided an apology and yet as they are worried about liability change their mind. The behaviour is disgustingly inappropriate and harmful as young kids witnessed a tradie peeing in my backyard. They are rude, disrespectful and harmful. I highly recommend avoiding such people in the future. Disgusting!

I have worked with Brent and the Pipedream team for a number of jobs over the past 4 years and I could not recommend them more highly. They are fast, well priced and reliable. Ben, Josh, and John helped replace our whole stormwater drain and installing a sump pump. Really appreciate the creativeness and the efforts to simplify the job as it did not look easy to avoid impacting areas such as our backyard patio, but they managed to make it work. They've been excellent in all our plumbing works.

Update- We just had the privilege of using Pipe Dream Plumbing again. We asked for their help at my Dad's house only a couple of weeks after my Mum passed away. They were so supportive, responded quickly to both the initial call out and subsequent works my Dad decided to get done. Brad and Josh worked so hard on the day and and did a fantastic job. Thank you once again Brent for leading such an outstanding and professional team. Our son just had a burst pipe at his place and I immediately thought of Pipe Dream Plumbing and Drainage after how great they were when they assisted us a few months ago. Brent was quick to help out with advice for my son's issue and quick to fit in the repair to his already busy schedule. Brent also spent time talking to my cousin on the phone recently who is a plumber in Queensland and had not installed the type of hot water service Brent had installed for us. Brent explained the set up of the unit and my cousin was very impressed with Brent's knowledge. Brent is one in a million.

We used Pipe Dream Plumbing to replace a kitchen mixer tap. Very impressed with plumber Ben who completed the job for us, plus quickly fixed a loose tap head in our European laundry. I had a great experience with Dream Pipe Plumbing Company. Brent came out to assess a suspected drain blockage and was honest and professional from the start. He arrived on time, carefully checked the drainage pipe, and explained that everything was normal and there was no blockage. Before contacting Dream Pipe Plumbing, we had another company inspect the same issue and they insisted the pipe was blocked and tried to push us into buying their service packages even after we said we weren’t interested. Brent’s honesty and transparency were really refreshing. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this trustworthy. Spencer at Pipe Dream Plumbing was a complete professional. They charged a fair price for a semi-emergency booking that included a camera inspection, snaking, and hydrojetting (tree root blockage), and I wasn't overcharged, unlike with other unscrupulous companies I've used before. The cost was lower than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Besides patiently fixing the pipe issue, he also cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Thanks, Spencer, great job.

4 years ago Brent and his team put in brand new pipes for us as the old ones were completely broken and clogged and we were so impressed with their work at the time. Lovely team and very communicative and punctual! I messaged Brent today about an overflowing drain we needed help with. Within a few hours, Brent himself came over and fixed the problem for us for us at a very low cost. Thank you, Brent!
