Their tradesman peed in my backyard and when I asked his colleague… whats’s he doing? his response was “he is just peeing” and I said why we have 2 toilets, called the director and the director refused to issue an apology in writing. Once confronted at the end of their work … the tradesman response was “relax” . I dont recommend them and to note this is third time to fix the same issue (leaking pipes from a hot water system). I do not recommend these people. The below response is a lie and they have provided an apology and yet as they are worried about liability change their mind. The behaviour is disgustingly inappropriate and harmful as young kids witnessed a tradie peeing in my backyard. They are rude, disrespectful and harmful. I highly recommend avoiding such people in the future. Disgusting!

We note the interaction with our plumbers began positively, however the situation changed when our plumber declined your request to install an independently sourced handheld bidet. As a standard requirement, we must have landlord approval before carrying out any such works — unauthorised installations are something we are unable to proceed with under any circumstances. When you then requested to borrow our tools to complete the installation yourself, this was also declined. We understand this was frustrating, however our plumber reported that the interaction became verbally abusive, which is not something our team should be subjected to while on site. We are committed to professional, respectful service and ask that the same is extended to our team so they can work safely and effectively. If you'd like to arrange approved works through the proper channels, we're happy to help.

Used Pipe Dream Plumbing last week for a blocked kitchen sink deep down under our floorboards including other blockages which affected our 2 bathrooms and toilets etc. Their communication, professionalism and service were excellent. These guys are really good. I'm in the building education industry and it is really hard to get trades out for maintenance work. These guys respond, are on time and can come within a day if not sooner and the price is MORE THAN FAIR. The first time I used them a year ago, he charged me $180 to unblock a toilet and was at my place within an hour. The closest cheapest quote I got was $350! Ive used them 3 times since. Keep up the good work Brent and the boys.

Truly happy with the team at Pipe Dream. Brent and his team at Pipe Dream provided excellent and professional service. The team member who fixed our toilet was fast and very clean. He was easy going and so polite enough to take off his shoes at the door which he didn’t have to. Brent was transparent with the price from the start. I found myself in an emergency moment and I was panicking and I called the guys, They even tried to work with me with time and he came and saved the day. Price was very fair and he educated me on what to do next time and what no to do next time, to avoid my situation. I ABSOLUTELY DO RECOMMEND. I used Pipe Dream Plumbing to install our new dishwasher, remove a hot water unit and alter some plumbing so our spare toilet could be used as a laundry. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a Plumber . I called many plumbers with no success to come out and fix a blocked toilet . Everyone was “busy “ . Brent was great to deal with from the get go: quick to respond with a quote and happy to answer any questions and queries. Arrived on time (earlier, actually, so even better) and he did quality work, fixing our toilet and doing thorough checks on it afterwards. He also performed some other checks for us and was more than happy to answer our questions and address our concerns. Brent recently helped to finish my bathroom renovation. He provided quality workmanship by doing rough in for hot and cold water for 2 x (shower, toilet and vanity) and also fit off the fixtures. He gave the most reasonable quotation and was very punctual for his appointments. Brent is very honest, professional and has great work ethics.
