Ben, Josh, and John helped replace our whole stormwater drain and installing a sump pump. Really appreciate the creativeness and the efforts to simplify the job as it did not look easy to avoid impacting areas such as our backyard patio, but they managed to make it work. They've been excellent in all our plumbing works.

Update- We just had the privilege of using Pipe Dream Plumbing again. We asked for their help at my Dad's house only a couple of weeks after my Mum passed away. They were so supportive, responded quickly to both the initial call out and subsequent works my Dad decided to get done. Brad and Josh worked so hard on the day and and did a fantastic job. Our son just had a burst pipe at his place and I immediately thought of Pipe Dream Plumbing and Drainage after how great they were when they assisted us a few months ago. Spencer at Pipe Dream Plumbing was a complete professional. They charged a fair price for a semi-emergency booking that included a camera inspection, snaking, and hydrojetting (tree root blockage), and I wasn't overcharged, unlike with other unscrupulous companies I've used before. 4 years ago Brent and his team put in brand new pipes for us as the old ones were completely broken and clogged and we were so impressed with their work at the time. Lovely team and very communicative and punctual! I messaged Brent today about an overflowing drain we needed help with. Many thanks to Brent and the team (incl. Tyson and Jack) for a quick response and quality finish to our leaky roof before an impending deluge, as well as tidying up some wayward a/c & HWS hoses and gutters, all for a reasonable fee, and handled professionally by the office staff. Special mention to Jordan for initially crawling around in our tiny roof cavity and returning to provide some optimal drainage solutions in another tricky area without fuss.

Could not highly recommend Brent and his team more. Firstly, their quotes were very competitive, having checked with others. We needed relining of our pipes and our stormwater drain repaired. Brent was able to save us a few thousand dollars when he advised the damage was caused by a telecommunication company (who then agreed to reimburse us). Rather than undertaking the work and requesting payment, Brent was completely honest and transparent with us which we really appreciated. He also left the property nice and tidy, and was always responsive with his communication and lovely to deal with in person. Brent will be doing all our plumbing work in future.

Brent and team came out to fix our blocked sewage drain, and in the process they identified a broken pipe further down the line. Brent called City West Water on my behalf and explained the issue, and got them to come out the same day. They also showed and emailed me the camera footage so I could see the issue myself. Highly recommend this company: honest and professional. Very rare qualities in today's world.

I think we just found ourselves a new reliable and quality local plumber. We had a blocked sewage drain and called Pipe Dream on a Monday afternoon, initially PD did not have any availability until Thursday but I got a text from Brent in the evening with a quote, and that he could come early the next day if I'm happy to proceed. PD is upfront with their pricing and outlines what job will be done to resolve the issue; this helps when you need to budget and no surprises. The communication at PD is excellent; from the booking process, connecting you with a plumber, and post work if any further actions are required. Brent is polite and professional, he came early and was able to unblock our drain, he also showed and explained the issue, as well as providing a permanent solution with a reasonable quote. The previous plumber we called out only fixed the root problem temporarily which has now re-occurred. After the job was done the area was cleaned up.

We had a blocked drain and we had some guys come out and find the blockage, gave us some advice on how to repair ourselves, but also a very reasonable quote for the fix. They arrived when they said they would completed the fix and cleaned up after themselves. Best plumbers since the Mario Brothers 😊

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Having made numerous calls to other plumbers, I was informed that the job was going to be big and expensive! I was told that I would lose several of my shower tiles as they needed to reach the pipe behind the wall. I was becoming quite disheartened and preparing for another costly quote until I stumbled across these guys and contacted Brent at Pipe Dream Plumbing & Drainage. He was a breath of fresh air, having explained what the job entailed, he gave me a reasonable quote and we went ahead with the booking. The following morning, Billy arrived at my door, he fixed the pipe, added a new shower head ( not a single tile was removed) and we were so thrilled with the workmanship that we went ahead and got him to do another small job for an additional cost. These guys were professional, reliable and trustworthy, I highly recommend them and will be using them for all future plumbing work. The lads at Pipe Dream Plumbing don't muck around. Replace 2 taps and shower head. Also repaired pipe to dishwasher as wasn't draining properly. Very reasonably priced too! Would highly recommend 👌
